Rubber band on a stripped screw. So simple yet so effective.

The Dreaded Stripped Screw…..we’ve all encountered it. Try this simple tip next time once crosses your path.

Grab a rubber band. It should at least be as wide as the phillips or flat head you are using.

Place rubber band on screw

Place screwdriver ontop of rubber band

Apply a little force

And screw should start turning

Be careful not to puncture or shred the rubber band before you get going. . I love the thick ones that come around broccoli heads the best or asparagus. But really any rubber band will work.

Hope this keeps some tools safely from flying through the air and saved you a few curse words.
